It’s with great pride that we say Genero is experiencing a period of growth. This has created exciting opportunities, nationally and internationally, that require more hands on the Genero deck. Therefore, the search has begun for skilled Set and Exhibition Builders, multi-disciplined Technicians and experienced Project Managers.

Aim of the job: To support the Genero team in producing live events.

What we expect from our Set and Exhibition Builders:

To construct sets and exhibition stands on-site in line with client requirements whilst offering the highest standard of customer service. A great team spirit and flexibility in constructing flawless exhibition stands/set and stage builds/event environments.

What we expect from our Technicians:

Ability to install and operate temporary audio-visual equipment in venues across Wales, the UK and Europe. Confident to set priorities while working well under pressure and maintaining attention to detail.

What we expect from our Project Managers:

A personable and organised individual with the ability to work as the key contact between clients and our busy workshop. Capable of working well under pressure and with excellent communication skills. You must have demonstrable leadership skills.
