Our team excels in generating awe-inspiring audio-visual experiences, showstopping set designs, putting life into your event with superior sound systems and providing a helping hand in everything related to event planning and management.
The other branch to the Genero tree is Genero Experiences, one of the leading sports hospitality companies. We host corporate events with a sporting focus, from Dubai Rugby 7s to premier golfing events, hosted at first-class locations. Not to forget our coveted event, The Locker Room. We are proud to boast previous guests such as Welsh rugby stars Tom Shanklin and Shane Williams, from England we’ve had Mike Tindall and Mark Regan, Irish Paul Wallace, Scottish Andy Nicol and Kiwi Xavier Rush – to name but a few!
With so much going on at Genero, we thought we would create this blog as a space for regular roundups and our thoughts on the current events affecting our industry. Beginning with this blog, shining a light on what we do.

So, what’s been going on at Genero recently?
We help to portray your company’s personality through your event, which often means we have several varying projects happening at the same time. This requires a lot of communication between the team and keeps us on our toes – which we love! We were so proud to leave 2018 with a bang, pulling off some memorable events just in time for Christmas.
Among our recent achievements is the Penarth Christmas Light Switch On, where we paired up with Penarth Town Council to set up in the town centre. The BBC’s Lucy Owen and local performers such as Ellie Jamieson took to the stage to entertain the crowd – who turned out in their thousands! With many local businesses contributing to the festive cheer, we hope to recreate the same successful vibe for Christmas 2019.
Launching the BMW 8 Series and X5 at Sytner BMW back in November was another event we were proud to be a part of. Genero handled all the production, setting the scene as one which brought anticipation for the big reveal. We also catered for the event, with canapés, prosecco and juices to please all taste buds; as displayed below by our lovely Francesca.
The St Davids Toy Appeal took place in the shopping centre throughout December, in partnership with Capital FM. The idea was to collect gifts for children who would not usually receive them at Christmastime. So, when the centrepiece of the campaign was revealed, it was lovely to see emotions fly high at how brilliant it looked. Twenty charities teamed together to help bring the Christmas cheer to these well-deserving children. Collections were made over the course of twenty-three days, with the results revealed on Christmas Eve. An outstanding 13.5 thousand presents were collected, 3.5 thousand more than last year. We are excited to announce that we are collaborating again in 2019 to bring another centrepiece to the campaign, hopefully we can break last year’s record!
